Order Cancellation

• Orders once placed can only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.

• To cancel, please email us at or call our customer care team.

• After 24 hours, cancellations will not be accepted as processing and production begin immediately.

Returns & Exchanges

• We accept returns only in case of:

  • Damaged product on delivery

  • Wrong product shipped

  • Manufacturing defect

• Products must be returned unused, unworn, and with original packaging and certificates within 7 days of delivery.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

• Customized or engraved jewelry pieces cannot be returned or refunded unless defective.
